Now that the dust has settled, we can’t help but reminisce about our incredible second Community Pop-Up featuring the talented Jake Read! The evening was a true celebration of food and community, and seeing all those happy, smiling faces reminded us why we do what we do at Pound.

A huge shoutout to Jake for crafting such an amazing menu! Guests savored standout dishes like Tuna Tartare with nori crackers, mouthwatering Prawn Dogs infused with Japanese curry, and the flavorful Smoked Wagyu Brisket. Each dish was a testament to Jake's culinary creativity and skill, leaving everyone eager for more.
