We indulged in a culinary sensation with our first Pound Pop-Up! Kicking off on Sunday, August 4th 2024, this event featured the one and only Chef Evan Georgopoulos, renowned for his magical touch with Middle Eastern cuisine. Alongside his hummus empire with partner Ruby Hines, Evan brought his A-game with a tantalizing lineup. We enjoyed Hummus Bowl perfection and a lavish "Pita Party" loaded with shawarma, falafels, and more dips than we could shake a pita at!

But it wasn’t just about the food—it was a love story too! Evan and Ruby’s journey from hummus enthusiasts to culinary pioneers was celebrated in every bite. And we can’t forget the cool collab with NON, which ensured there was a refreshing sip for everyone, with giveaways galore to keep the good vibes flowing.
